  My husband and I decided on Saltgrass for his birthday dinner, when we arrived we were seated immediately and thought no wait, this is great! After sitting at our table without even being acknowledged by any of the 2 or 3 servers who passed through the section we were in, we realized why there was no waiting. I got up, found a manager and he took our drink orders. One of the servers we'd seen pass us earlier finally took our order and told us of we needed anything, to let him know. We didn't see him again for the rest of our visit, shocking right...not really at this point. We were then kind of helped by another server, the manager came back by and asked how our food was and he looked shocked when we said it was just okay. We are not very pleased and will not be returning to Saltgrass in the future. The restaurant was nicely decorated and seating was comfortable, the quality of the food was mediocre. We were offered a free dessert for the poor service we received but we declined because we didn't think it would have been very good anyway. Thank you Saltgrass for making a disaster of my husband's birthday dinner. Customer service needs improvement and it would be nice if the ribeye wasn't as tough as a sirloin. Next time we will go to Texas Roadhouse.

  We didn't wait long to be seated. Service was good. Food was better! The waitress put in the wrong meal for me.. they corrected it fast.. I think she was new... grilled shrimp and chicken were awesome! We will go back when in town.

  It looks like other folks had a better experience, but mine was pretty horrific. I took my wife and two boys there on 2/13/17 for dinner. We arrived at 5:15 and were seated immediately. Fifteen minutes later no one had waited on us or even said "hi" to us despite the fact that two waiters were working the area. At that point I flagged one down and asked who our waiter was supposed to be. He responded "I don't know" and hesitantly agreed to take our drink and food orders. Another ten minutes passed, and we had not received any drinks or acknowledgement from the waiter who had taken our order despite his visiting the section two more times.
  
  Needless to say we left. I told the hostesses what had happened and I got a simple "sorry" in response. Twenty-five minutes into the experience without drinks being delivered? I don't think that is appropriate--especially given the circumstances.
  
  I'll continue to eat at Saltgrass because we love it--but I definitely will not return to this location.
