  I have eaten at a multitude of Panera Bread's across the country and this one is by far the worst I have ever eaten in. The staff here is unaware and rude. They never seem to know their own menu, the 2 managers I have dealt with here are both rude, and accommodating, and they have an incredible amount of turn-over in staff. I have several times informed them that it is dangerous and against the fire code to block off the walkway to the back of the dining area while customers are using it, if you are wanting to close it you need to ask those people to move and if they refuse then you are just stuck not closing it. This is an area of the dining room I always am located in and I am mobility challenged and one day I will end up falling over the furniture they keep moving into the walkway and when I do you can rest assure that Panera will be meeting the rest of my medical bills for life, as well as paying out a hefty sum, because if I fall I will break a bone or two not to mention I am sure that a fall will cause further damage to my spine and leg, no to mention it is incredibly hard to maneuver my walker through there and move the furniture too which is why I have gone to taking the risk and bringing my walker into the store as I am made to feel unwelcome with it every time I enter. This Panera is a sad reflection on the company as a whole and I can understand why people here tell me they will never go to a Panera again.
